This is a retreat inspired by forests, rivers and stars, set in the beautiful region of Tuscany, in the heart of mystical Casentino Forest.

These forests are ancient and have been preserved with little to know human involvement, they are waiting to share the way of self love, resilience, adaptation, collaboration, true compassion and so much more.

The trees on our planet have held intelligence for future sight and ways to rebuild from embodying Be ready to be moved, surprised, delighted and fully grounded in the beauty of your Soul.

What we create now will be our future, we have an immense responsibility to ourselves to fully live a life we love and this retreat. is your calling to do just that, to slow down in nature and take this precious time to fully get to know yourself and what you are .

So how do we begin?

All that we have believed as stories about yourself, may not be true. We have been inspired by ancestral ways and integrated so much of our culture and the environment around us. And a lot of it was noise.

All is frequency, all is geometry in motion.

We will incubate desires in the dreaming, we will witness you and support you by supporting each other.
